Jobdesc:

• Advise company on employee/industrial relations, labour laws, IR policies,company regulations / PKB nd ensure the process runs smoothly.
• Establish communication, coordination, monitoring the conductivity, for relationships with internal (between the Union, employees, management) & external parties.
• Manage end-to-end learning program such as module development, management trainee program, develop E-Learning
• Design and expand learning & development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
• Work in team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization
• Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any
• learning or development program is becoming increasingly important.
• Develop effective induction program

PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia (LOTTE Grosir) and PT Lotte Mart Indonesia (LOTTE Mart) are looking for a GM IR & Training Development.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in law or related background.
• Having min 3 years of experience in Industrial Relation/Employee relation & Training Development
• Having experience in negotiating agreements, collective bargaining and other employment relations activities.
• Having excellent knowledge of Employment Law that follows government regulations.
• Having strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
• Has good interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others.
• Effective in both spoken and written English.
