- Execute ticket orders that are entered into the system and resolved according to the SLA.
- Carry out the process of installing, configuring and implementing new applications / new functions / upgrading / repairing ICT infrastructure devices.
- Ensure services and support for application systems run according to SLA.
- Carrying out regular maintenance & monitoring of application systems (software / hardware / network / data communication & backup).
- Create reports and documentation related to asset management, FPIK, and work evaluation.
Trình độ tối thiểu

- Qualification:
- Minimum S1 Information Systems / Informatics Engineering, min GPA 3.00
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT department.
- Mastering basic networking & system troubleshooting.
- Willing to work with shift pattern.
