Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Help prepare invoice, agreement and other related supplier documents.
- Check and analyze commercial documents for accuracy.
- Maintain and filing commercial database in Microsoft Excel.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including preparation for new ERP implementation.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Final year/undergraduate students majoring in Accounting from reputable university.
- Proficienct in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Good interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
- High willingness to learn and detail-oriented.
- Good in analytical thinking.
