- Provide administrative support to the sales team in coordinating sales activities.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
- Address customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Assist in the creation of sales reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to streamline processes.
- Ensure effective communication between sales and other relevant departments.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with sales processes and order fulfillment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to identify and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
