Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  2. Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  3. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

Candidate Experience:

  1. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  2. Conduct regular follow-ups and feedback sessions with candidates to maintain engagement.

Onboarding:

  1. Design and implement effective onboarding programs that facilitate new employee integration.
  2. Provide ongoing support to new hires during their transition into the organization.

Talent Development:

  1. Identify training and development needs through performance evaluations and employee feedback.
  2. Collaborate with management to create and implement employee development programs.

Performance Management:

  1. Support the development and implementation of performance management processes.
  2. Provide guidance and training to managers on performance appraisal techniques and employee feedback.

Employee Engagement:

  1. Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  2. Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to assess employee satisfaction and make recommendations.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  1. Track and analyze recruitment metrics and talent management effectiveness.
  2. Prepare regular reports for senior management on hiring trends, turnover rates, and employee development initiatives.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  1. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
  2. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve talent management strategies.

Trình độ tối thiểu

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in developing employee training and development programs.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
