- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods such as networking, headhunting, referrals, and engaging passive candidates.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and provide detailed candidate assessments to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive impression of Skintific.
- Collaborate with the HR team on workforce planning, talent management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and successfully hiring for diverse roles.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment, or talent pipeline development is a plus.
- Passion for the beauty and skincare industry and alignment with Skintific’s culture and values.
