- Taking verbal and written instructions from company managers and HR officers.
- Responsible for managing general cleanliness and maintenance duties inside and outside company premises.
- Ordering and maintain cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment.
- Conducting basic repairs on property premises and maintenance equipment.
- Ensuring the safe handling and storage of volatile cleaning liquids.
- All utility projects must also be completed in a timely and orderly fashion.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A previous experience as a utility worker is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques.
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Preferrably with own motorcycle [Fuel Allowance Provided]
