HR Performance Management Specialist  

Overview

This position is mainly responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and processing performance appraisals of regular employees.

About the Role

A. Performance Appraisal Administration

• Design and calibrate Performance Appraisal Forms (PAFs)
• Draft or revise performance appraisal forms, as necessary
• Monitors the conduct of annual performance appraisal of employees and consolidate the accomplished PAFs
• Performs review and validation and computes overall rating rating of employee PAFs

B. Record Keeping and Reports Generation

• Maintains and updates the Performance Appraisal Inventory Report
• List possible performance gap findings based on the reviewed PAFs
• Submit these findings alongside possible recommendations or suggestions

C. Workplace Learning and Support Functions

• Identify technical or behavioral competencies for employee improvement based on the reviewed PAFs
• Consolidate recommended or required trainings
• Arrange training recommendations and submits the report to the HR Manager
• Provide support and assistance in the preparation of trainings and in processing training requests

To be a successful candidate, you should have….

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Behavioral Science or any IT related course
• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge in data analytics
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
• Experienced in Powerpoint
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
