ECommerce Sales Specialist  

• Sales Quota Achievement:
  • Quick Response: Respond promptly and effectively handle customer inquiries, objections, and close sale in a polite, friendly, and professional manner via chat and phone calls
  • Selling and Management of Selling Platforms: Website ,Facebook , Instagram , Tiktok Lazada , Shopee , Zalora and others
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Suggest related products or services to enhance the customer’s experience.

• • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
• Client Relationship
  • Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
  • Database Management: Update the client database with prospective customers’ contact details and interests.
• Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional after-sales Service: by addressing customer complaints , returns and refunds promptly and professionally.
  • Fulfill Customer Requests: such as same day delivery booking , product reservations and monogramming.

• Operations:
  • Booking, tracking and updating of clients orders via same day delivery or parcel.

• • Packing and recording of purchased orders
  • Periodic checking of inventory

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2 year course or college graduate
• Atleast 2 years work experience in preferably in online selling
• Sales-oriented and can-do attitude mindset
• Knowledge in online marketing trends (Social Media , Website and Online selling platforms i.e. Lazada , Shopee)
• Comfortable with numbers and using Microsoft excel for sales reports
