Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals
- Align each user requirement with existing process and give value added to them
- Deliver business process specification for each user requirements on application development which already consider cost benefit factors in its implementation
- Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
- Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards.
- Take ownership of technical challenges and problem
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Industrial Engineering/ related Major
- 1-3 years of experience software development.
- Have experience using SAP FICO,MM,SD, CRM, Sales are preferred, Office, SQL, SQL Server
- Experienced in SQL, SQL Server, BI Tools (Microstrategy,Power BI,Tableu, etc )
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical
- Strong communication and leadership ability
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus
