Sales & Marketing Supervisor  

As a Sales and Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales across various channels. Your expertise will bridge the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring seamless experiences for our customers. Here are the key responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

Ø Achieve sales targets in coordination with the Sales & Marketing Team.

Ø Able to handle customer inquiries, objections and close sales in a polite, friendly and professional manner.

Ø Work closely with the sales team to develop sales plans and meet organizational objectives.

Ø Provide marketing collateral, product information, and sales messages to support the sales process.

Channel Coordination:

Ø Provide feedback and formulate promotion planning with Sales & Marketing Team.

Ø Oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, web).

Ø Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.

Ø Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Data-Driven Insights:

Ø Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Ø Leverage data analytics to measure performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for optimization.

Ø Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets.

Customer Journey Optimization:

Ø Map end-to-end customer journeys, identifying touchpoints and pain points.

Ø Propose solutions to enhance customer interactions and drive loyalty.

Strategy Development:

Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement omni-channel strategies aligned with business goals.

Ø Identify opportunities to integrate online and offline channels (e.g., web, mobile, social media, in-store) for cohesive customer experiences.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing ,Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing or any relevant course

· at least 5yrs of work experience as a Sales| Marketing

· With experience in online/e-commerce industry is a plus

· Familiarity in using Shopify and Shopify Apps is a plus

· Knowledge in Facebook Business Ads Manager is a must

· With knowledge in Photo and Video editing application

· Proficient in using MS Excel.

· Advance communication skills in English, written and verbal.

· Can create social media marketing strategies with minimal supervision
