Deskripsi Pekerjaan

As the Media & Communication Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing the company’s communication strategy across multiple channels, both internal and external. Your role encompasses managing newsletters, public relations, events, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives, and social media platforms. You will lead efforts to generate awareness and maintain the company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communication Strategy Development and Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.
    • Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their communication needs and provide effective solutions.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, media outlets, and influencers to amplify the company’s message.
  3. Public Relations, Media Management, and ESG Communication:
    • Prepare press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to enhance the company’s public image.
    • Lead communication efforts related to the company’s ESG initiatives, highlighting achievements and commitments.
    • Develop content that showcases the company’s dedication to sustainability and social responsibility.
  4. Event Management:
    • Plan and execute corporate and customer events, ensuring they align with the company’s communication strategy and objectives.
  5. Social Media Strategy:
    • Oversee the company’s social media presence, developing strategies to increase engagement and reach.
  6. Reputation Management:
    • Monitor public sentiment and manage potential communication crises proactively.
    • Develop and implement strategies to protect and enhance the company’s reputation.
    • Manage the organization’s public communication during and after a crisis to shape public perception and minimize damage.

This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. You will oversee numerous campaigns simultaneously, ensuring cohesive and impactful communication within our agile organization.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial position, preferably within the media or communication industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in advertising, brand strategy, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Preferably has experience working for both agency and principle.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in developing communication strategies across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
  • Expertise in public relations, including crisis communication and reputation management.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative communication solutions.

Other Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage and navigate communication crises, minimizing impact and maintaining a positive public image.
  • Passion for sustainability and social responsibility, with experience in developing content that highlights these areas.
