Job Description:

<ul>
	<li>Responsible for sourcing of new Territorial Distributors in the assigned area.</li>
	<li>Responsible for providing list of requirements for Territorial Distributors.</li>
	<li>Schedule meeting with Td applicant together with his superiors to discuss Gbpi Td program.</li>
	<li>Responsible for submission of complete requirements of new Td to his immediate superior.</li>
	<li>Provide regular update regarding Td applicants and their requirements.</li>
	<li>Provide Td deployment plan and status per area.</li>
	<li>Follow-up with his superior status of Td application and provide feedback to applicants.</li>
	<li>Once Td been approved, assist in the development of Td with objective to increase sales, lower exchange, improve service level and market development.</li>
	<li>Required to do route ride with Td to know their operations and provide assistance if needed.</li>
	<li>Works directly with Territorial distributor and reports directly to his immediate superiors (Sales Coordinator/Supervisor/Area Head/Sales Manager/General Sales Manager).</li>
