Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

		<li>Responsible for creating a plan for how the production will come together, including scheduling rehearsals, casting actors, and coordinating with the technical team.</li>

	<li>Collaborating with the creative team
	<ul>
		<li>Works closely with the writers, designers, and other creative professionals to ensure that the production meets the artistic vision of the team.</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Communicating with the cast and crew
	<ul>
		<li>Director serves as a leader and communicator, making sure that everyone involved in the production is on the same page and working towards a common goal.</li>
	</ul>
	</li>

	<li>Creating a vision for the production

		<li>Responsible for creating a clear vision for the production and communicating that vision to the rest of the creative team. This includes deciding on the overall aesthetic and tone of the production, as well as determining the direction and pacing of the performance.</li>

	<li>Managing the technical aspects of the production
	<ul>
		<li>Works with the lighting, sound, and set design teams to create the overall look and feel of the production. They may give specific instructions on how to light certain scenes or how to use sound effects and music to enhance the performance.</li>

Producer

	<li>Proposes, Formulates, Writes and Produces multimedia contents (video, article, static social media posts, photos) for CHiNOY TV's various platforms (traditional and digital)</li>
	<li>
	Creating and curating shareable content while determining which platform is best suited for each piece of content
	</li>
	<li>
	Submits complete work or drafts within the allotted time
