With a focused niche and extensive experience with international schools, we provide personalized and tailored tutoring services to meet the needs of each student.

Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks and will play a key role in recruitment and shaping the employee experience at our company. You will work independently, ensuring that all HR operations are efficiently and effectively executed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
• Facilitate the seamless integration of new hires and ensure smooth transitions during employee exits.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular employee performance evaluations.
• Oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge for new hires and current employees.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks including maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and resolving issues as needed.
• Perform additional HR tasks as required to support the HR department and company objectives.
• Develop and manage initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Having 4+ years of experience in HR roles.
• Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
