As a Content Moderation New Associate you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:
- Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
- Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
- Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
- Serve as an advocate for the user community.
- Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping our communities safe.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- College graduates or college undergraduate (2 years college) with at least 18 months BPO Experience
- With working knowledge and experience with computers and internet
- With strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills and comfortable synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams.
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
- Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
