Your Role:

The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of employee benefit requirements and other related reports, the accuracy of employee information on HRIS, and payroll processing.

What you will do:

• Manage accuracy and organization of employee information, records, and HRIS details.
• Coordinate with HRIS vendor for system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Generate reports, certificates, and communication materials.
• Assist with benefits processing, statutory remittance, and payroll-related tasks.
• Support HR events, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with team members to ensure all tickets are handled within SLA

• With at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in PH payroll processing and familiar with timekeeping rules, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations.
• Advanced expertise in MS Excel and Google Sheets, leveraging data manipulation and analysis for effective reporting and decision-making.
• Experienced in HRIS management and proficient in handling complete employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Familiarity with role-based access controls (RBAC) and user access training (UAT), ensuring proper system access and security protocols.
• Knowledge or involvement in HRIS implementation is a valuable asset, enhancing the candidate's suitability for the role.
