Your Role:

You will oversees the production process—from creation, development, and delivery of projects—for the Graphic Design Team

What you will do:

Lead and manage a team of graphic designers to ensure high-quality design output.

Collaborate with other departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects such as marketing materials, websites, and social media.

Provide guidance and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

Ability to mentor and motivate team members to foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a design team.

Willing to work on shifting schedule
