Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Maintains a complete and accurate record of all collection efforts including any corrective arrangements and places notes on the customer’s account
- Make initial contact with delinquent clients
- Ensure cash receipts, incoming and outgoing wires, are recorded on time
- Contacting delinquent customers via telephone and email and maintaining consistent follow up with these accounts
- Manage/monitor debt recovery of Collections Department
- Drive productivity, train and direct work of Collections employees
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree of Accounting, Management, or Economy from reputable university
- Have 1-2 years of working experience in AR Collection. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Great communication skill and services
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
