- Develop and maintain HR and administrative policies and internal rules and regulations by recommending and implementing process enhancements and administrative procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and company events.
- Assist to employees’ inquiries and provide basic HR-related information.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and engaging work environment through various employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR-related policies, procedures, and forms as needed.
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives
- Assist in DOLE Inspection and other Government compliance
- Prepare Clearances and Exit Survey Form of resigning employee/s;
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Management
- With at least 2 years of experience in general HR (Services, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, etc.,) preferably in hospitality industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude towards change.
- Willing to be assigned to any Astoria Properties.
- Can start Immediately
