Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Attends to logistical needs and documentation of various events of the Lily, e.g., arrangements for venue reservations; catering; preparation of materials; accommodation and transportation of guests (as needed); registration for events; other functions as needed
2. Organizes and manages the social media pages of The Lily, e.g., scheduling of posts, updating of layout and look of the pages, etc.
3. Assists in the development of materials for the programs and initiatives, including information and communication materials as may be needed, e.g., preparation of drafts of writeups
4. Prepares reports in consultation with the Coordinators and/or Executive Director
5. Performs other duties as may be necessary

1. Graduate of a bachelor’s degree
2. Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or their equivalent
3. Good oral and written communication skills
4. Good people skills
5. Good in the effective use of social media for the benefit of the center
6. Ability to put systems in organizing materials for the center
7. Ability to document and track financial transactions of the center
8. Willing to learn new skills

The Ateneo de Manila University (Ateneo) is one of the leading universities in the Philippines. More than 150 years in existence, the Ateneo has grown into a major Jesuit institution. Officially it became a university in 1959. It offers over 100 academic degree programmes. Ateneo offers Basic Education (Grade School, Junior and Senior High School). In addition, the Loyola Schools (college) is made up of four schools (Social Sciences; Humanities; Science and Engineering; and Management) that offer graduate and undergraduate degrees, with a total enrolment of about 10,000 students per year.
