BI Developer  

Principal Accountabilities:

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain and enhance the data warehouse
• Develop and support data marts
• Design, build, and deploy business intelligence solutions
• Create new reports to support business needs
• Maintain and update existing reports

Collaboration and Support:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Provide maintenance and support for reporting portfolio

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Build and maintain a reliable MIS reporting system
• Analyze data to provide insights for stakeholders

Collaboration and Support:

• Engage with Management team on MIS strategies
• Support Management, Sales, and Risk management teams with data-driven insights

Quality Control:

• Ensure MIS quality assurance

Ad-Hoc Tasks:

• Take on additional tasks or duties as needed to achieve business goals

Knowledge, Qualifications, and Competencies:

Technical Skills:

• Strong SQL skills
• Knowledge of BI solutions (SSAS, PowerBI)
• ETL framework (dimensional modeling) expertise
• Query and index tuning skills

Development Skills:

• SSRS development skills
• Optional: SSIS development skills, application development on transactional systems or databases

Industry Experience:

• Experience in the financial services industry
