Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Develop, implement and manage Dekoruma social media strategy
- Grow engagements and followers of all of Dekoruma social media channels: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content for better engagement and growth
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Knows social media trend and what’s going on and adapt to strategize the content of riding the wave
- Able to create creative & unique themes for social media channels
- Ability to deliver creative content, being hands-on in content management and creation
- Able to write creative briefs and work well with creative team (copywriters & graphic designer) to ensure content is informative and appealing
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong brand ownership and passionate in social media
- Creative and open minded personality is a must
- Good taste in terms of content planning & execution for product & brand related
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Indonesia (especially for creative copywriting)
- Proficient in content creation, editing, and scheduling tools for social media
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage multiple social media channels
- Creative thinker with a passion for creating engaging and visually appealing social media content
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong can-do attitude.
- Experience in managing a small social media team but also could manage stakeholders from various divisions & collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Product Development teams
- Experience in launching new products to get good tractions of engagements
