Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Duties and Functions:
- Prepares referral letters/indorsements on queries/requests relative to real property valuation/assessments.
- Assists in the conduct of assessment performance evaluation and ocular inspection in LGUs.
- Assists in the analysis and evaluation of real property assessment reports submitted by local assessors.
- Assists in the review and preparation of sub-market real property valuation reports.
- Assists in research works necessary in the issuance of guidelines/regulations/circulars
- .Performs other related functions as may be assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
Qualification Standards:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering
- Experience: None required
- Training: None required
- Eligibility: RA 1080 (Real Estate Service) -Real Estate Appraiser
- Skill: Proficient in MS Office
