The Bureau of Working Conditions (BWC), a staff bureau of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) primarily performing policy and program development and advisory functions for the Department in the administration and enforcement of laws relating to working conditions. The BWC envisions well-guided employers and workers committed to a safe, healthful and productive work environment.
