Job Purpose
- Provides administrative support mainly for general services and to various sections of company.
Major Responsibilities
General Services
- Assist the general services section head.
- Performs administrative functions necessary for the daily transactions and operations includingbut not limited to daily dispatch and other logistical requirements.
- Facilitates administrative support to other units such as but not limited to organizing venue,distribution of invites and follow-ups etc.
- Assist and monitor efficient planning and implementation on the use of company service vehicles.
- Assist in management of company drivers, messengerial, janitorial and security agency personnel.
- Assist in overseeing leasehold improvements such as but not limited to troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, complaints and other related concerns.
- Assist in ensuring building rules and regulations are properly followed and enforced.
- Assist in monitoring the receipt, pull-out and transfer of office supplies, furniture, fixtures and other office equipment.
- Assist in the facilitation of company mobile applications, renewals and billings from service providers for payment preparation.
- Assist in ensuring compliance of BSP/Audit/AMLA and other regulatory documentation requirements, as needed.
- Handles front desk management including receiving and routing documents and handling of clients.
- Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
Education: Graduate of any 4-year course in Business Administration / Management or any related fields.
Experience: With at least 1 year experience in related field or secretarial experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Skill/ Knowledge: Must have good written and oral communication skills and familiarity in Microsoft applications, conversant in English and Filipino.
