However this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people making it happen! We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in our Manila office!

What’s on your menu?

• Monitor performance indicators of business, identifying causes/trends and drive data-based decision making through creation of insightful reports
• Interpret results of promotions and systems, making valuable suggestions to raise performance of future iterations
• Support department heads in their analytical needs to help them make data-driven decisions by preparing, analyzing and presenting data to them
• Work in diverse fields such as Operations, Account Management, Marketing, Sales and Finance departments
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis as well as regular reporting

What do you bring to the table?

• Degree in Business, Economics or a quantitative field. Ideally, first hand experience in Business-/Marketing Intelligence, Controlling or other relevant fields
• Open to fresh graduates, but 1-2 years of relevant experience is an advantage
• Excellent at Excel and data visualisation skills as well at SQL
• Knowledge of data science and statistical modeling skills is a plus
• True number-cruncher and understanding of statistics and mathematics
• Fundamental understanding of e-commerce/e-marketplaces
• Strong time management skills and able to prioritize/balance multiple projects
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate well with people from all backgrounds
• Willingness to learn about new concepts and methodologies in this constantly evolving industry
• Self-motivated to be able to work with minimal supervision in pursuit of a goal
• Experienced in project management
