Primarily responsible for the overall management of Accounting Department and ensure the accuracy of records and timeliness of the report.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements, such as Balance Sheets and Profit-and-loss Statements and other reportorial requirements.
- Manages the preparation, recording, analyzing and reporting of accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with general accepted accounting principles.
- Ensure accuracy of all accounting balances, and all government mandated remittances are filled on or before due date, including reportorial.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the department; ensure that the turnaround time has met.
- Conduct regular meetings to address operational issues and concerns, and performance evaluation.
- Makes appropriate corrective action or recommendation.
- Ensure internal controls are followed, and policies are complied by all staff.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy; preferably CPA
- At least 10-12 years of relevant experience; 5-7 years of which are in a managerial capacity.
- Knowledgeable in all aspect of accounting from AP, Disbursement, Payroll, Taxation, and Budgeting.
- Strong leadership and management skills
