Bar Manager  

House Manila is a premier nightlife destination located in Newport World Resorts. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our team and lead our bar operations to new heights. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and exciting environment for our guests, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing our staff to deliver a consistently high-quality experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of bar operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, customer service, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
• Create and Maintain a Welcoming Atmosphere: Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all patrons.
• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing initiatives to increase sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
• Train and Supervise Bar Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products, policies, procedures, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain Beverage Quality: Monitor and maintain the quality of all beverages served, including proper storage, handling, and presentation.
• Collaborate with Other Departments: Work effectively with other departments, such as marketing and events, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve bar offerings, including menu items, promotions, and events.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, place orders for supplies, and manage costs effectively.

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff and customers.
• Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and achieve financial targets.
• Beverage and Food Service Expertise: In-depth knowledge of beverage and food service, including mixology, wine pairings, and food safety regulations.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in using point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and other relevant technology platforms.
• Bartending Certification: A valid bartending or mixology certification is preferred.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or any related field with relevant experience
