Who are we looking for?

The SEO and ASO Manager will be reporting to the Head of Marketing to ensure that our business is well-coordinated by implementing and executing strategic SEO and ASO strategy for the brand.

What will you do?

  • Define, plan and execute marketing campaigns across social platforms like Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Lead development of holistic integrated strategy across social media, influencers, and alliances.
  • Drive planning and execution of Indepay’s social media strategy from end to end, including identifying goals, success metrics, creative development, content calendars, and community management.
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
  • Managing social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.
  • Identifying and explorations of insights and trends by leveraging data, and building and monitoring social media dashboards for reporting.
  • Overseeing community responses and ensuring timely, supportive engagement.
  • Recommend the right social media tech stack using appropriate solutions.
  • Works with other departments to develop social media timelines aligning with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  • Agile and flexible to contribute outside your defined responsibilities to help the organization grow at a fast pace.

What do you have?

  • Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably from a premium institute.
  • Demonstrable experience in handling multiple accounts across social media channels.
  • Experience in Growth Hacking, Startup Experience, and marketing would be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English.
  • Ability to develop clear & concise documentation.
  • Spot challenges, trends, and opportunities (including but not limited to technology, regulations, and business) to formulate social media implementation strategy.
