Area of Responsibility:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Create and update tickets using the ticketing system
- Provide basic troubleshooting and resolution for common issues such as password resets, network connectivity, printer issues, etc.
- Escalate complex issues to the second level support or relevant teams
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of customer service and technical knowledge
- Creating and maintaining documentation of the infrastructure
Trình độ tối thiểu
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the IT industry
- A bachelor degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
- High communication aptitude (verbal and written)
- Technical writing skills
- Fast-learner and self-starter
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure is a must
- Familiarity with Linux client/server environments
- Fundamental knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, and other networking concepts
- Exposure or experience in providing technical support or customer service in an IT-related field is desirable
