- Membuat silabus dan rencana pelatihan
- Kelola jadwal pelatihan dan permintaan pelatihan untuk Customer Service
- Melakukan analisis dan evaluasi kebutuhan training
- Membuat laporan pelatihan & pengembangan setiap bulan
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di posisi yang sama
- Memiliki keterampilan berbicara di depan umum
- Memiliki keterampilan berbahasa Indonesia yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk memprioritaskan dan mengelola banyak tugas dengan keterampilan analisis yang kuat
- Memiliki kemampuan mengkonsep/menciptakan pelatihan yang efektif
- Pengalaman dalam pelatihan contact center/BPO lebih diutamakan
- Domisili di Yogyakarta dan dapat segera bergabung
