Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Sales Operations Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and engaging potential users to showcase the value of Kalibrr’s products. You will help potential clients realize how our end-to-end recruitment solutions can streamline their hiring processes and contribute to their business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition Support:
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Enterprise Partner teams to plan and execute strategies that support client acquisition
- Develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals
- Customer Inquiry Management:
- Handle customer inquiries with comprehensive knowledge of Kalibrr’s products and services via phone calls and emails
- Analyse and understand customer needs to identify sales opportunities
- Prospect Research:
- Identify potential users through social media platforms, recruitment websites, and other relevant channels (e.g., Google, company websites)
- Conduct needs analyses to determine prospects' pain points and align Kalibrr’s solutions to address those needs
- Engagement and Outreach:
- Engage with potential clients via email, SMS, or social media messages to generate interest in Kalibrr’s recruitment solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Recent graduate holding a degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Skilled in online research using web resources and social media platforms
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
