Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the client success team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Set clear goals and KPIs for team members; monitor and evaluate their performance.
Client Satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
Develop and implement client success strategies to improve client retention and loyalty.
Client Engagement:
Oversee the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze customer data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for service improvement.
Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and success metrics for senior management.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements to customer success processes and tools.
Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align customer success initiatives with company objectives.
Training and Development:
Organize training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer success team.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into team development.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer success, customer service, account management, or a related role.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Experience in the recruitment or technology industry is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
Strong analytical abilities with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in using CRM software and customer success tools.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and recruitment industry is highly desirable.
