Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The Training Supervisor will design, develop and execute trainings to close performance gaps.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identifies training needs of the organization in line with technical and skills through job analysis, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), consultation and coordination with different department heads and projects
- Designs and develop Learning Modules on Leadership, Work Values, Change management, Technical Skills enhancement, and etc.
- Conduct and facilitate in-house training programs
- Evaluate and monitor to ensure effectiveness of trainings.
Trình độ tối thiểu
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 year(s) of work experience in Training Dept/Human Resources Dept.
Requirements, Comepetencies, Skills:
- Excellent communication and writing skills (Tagalog and English)
- Passionate on Learning and Development, a people person
- Organized, proactive, multi-tasker and result oriented
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City.
