- Responsible for serving and giving a response to escalation problems whose coming from client
- Doing evaluation to architecture documentation, configuration and technology used
- Doing identification and investigation to every problems on application or infrastructure based on activity (log) or monitoring tools
- Troubleshoot to every problems and documentation problem solving process
- Maintain communication and coordination with stakeholder
- Develop themselve to understanding and technical ability
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems, network server and virtualization
- Conducting report update routinely (weekly and monthly)
- Obligated to obey the policy and procedures and system management that is established
- Create working health environment by prioritizing data driven, learning, collaboration and sharing with team
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Having an experience minimal 2 years in System Administrator area
- Familiar with Linux system operation (Ubuntu, Centos, RHEL, etc)
- Having a knowledge about hardware and networking (TCP/IP, OSI)
- Having a knowledge about Bash/Shell Script
- Familiar with the open source tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
- Understand with troubleshooting process (Eror tracing and resolution)
