- Bertanggung jawab dalam mengkoordinasikan peluncuran (launching) buku baru dari Penerbit Buku Kompas (PBK).
- Mengelola penjualan buku PBK melalui berbagai marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Gerai Kompas, dan TikTok).
- Menangani proses direct selling buku PBK kepada pelanggan.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- S1 dari berbagai jurusan
- Punya antusiasme yang tinggi terhadap buku dan literasi
- Memahami strategi dan teknis marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Gerai Kompas, dan TikTok)
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di industri ritel atau layanan pelanggan
- Proaktif, memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan jam kerja yang fleksibel, termasuk akhir pekan dan hari libur pada saat launching buku
