Content Marketing Specialist  

As a Content Marketing Specialist at Media Meter Inc, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences. You will craft high-quality, informative content focused on the value of media monitoring and analysis services. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and SEO to help generate leads and promote the company’s services across various channels.

What are your responsibilities?

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Write, edit, and publish high-quality content including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, social media updates, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with internal teams (media analysts, client support) to create content that educates clients on the benefits of media monitoring services.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms.
• Analyze content performance and use insights to adjust strategies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive analysis to drive innovative content ideas.
• Assist in the creation of multimedia content (videos, infographics) to complement written materials.
• Coordinate with designers and external writers to produce marketing collateral.
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns with tailored content.

Are you right for the role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in content marketing, preferably within the B2B or tech sector.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a portfolio of content samples.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in media monitoring or related industry is a plus.
