Job Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to loan officers, handle paperwork, organize files and ensure effective communication between clients, lenders and other stakeholders involved.
- Client Interaction: Serve as client's point of contact, assist clients in answering inquiries, gathering documents and guiding them through the loan application process.
- Communication: Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, real estate agents, and title companies, schedule appointments and track compliance to deadlines.
- Compliance: Ensure all loan documentation adheres to federal and state regulations
- Follow Up: Obtain updates on missing documents, loan status and other additional requirements.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Experience - Preferably at least 1 year of work experience in Mortgage industry.
- Soft Skills - Communication Skills (verbal and written English), Customer Service, Teamwork, Time Management, Analytical Thinking
- Hard Skills - Familiarity with Mortgage and good in Microsoft 360.
