Sales Designer  

Job Description

- Responsible for conducting ocular visits to client job sites and gathering initial measurements;

- Oversee actual project status and installation; up to final turnover as needed;

- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota as set by the Sales Manager;

- Responsible for maintaining accurate records of signed quotations and other documents required;

- Identifies and recommends innovative products best suited for the client’s needs;

- Maintains client relationships by providing support, information and guidance;

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies;

- Monitor strict compliance with Company Rules and Regulations;

Educational Attainment:

- Architectural/Interior Design or any Technical Course Equivalent.

Skills and Knowledge:

- Excellent Communication skills in both written and verbal.

- Proficient in using cad, Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office. Lumion skills and knowledge are an advantage.
