We are looking for an Accounting Officer to help keep our financials in perfect order! You'll handle bookkeeping, manage AR/AP, and work alongside our team on budgeting and forecasting—all in a flexible hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the company’s financial transactions
• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and other financial reports
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Handle BIR filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and assist in month-end and year-end close
• Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities

• 3-5 years in accounting, with experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, A/R & A/P management, and BIR filing
• CPA qualification required
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Tax Knowledge: Familiarity with BIR filing processes and Philippine tax regulations
• Experience in finance policy formulation and payroll processing
