Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Conduct vendor searches, ensure quality standards, maintain compliance with company policies, and communicating with user. This process helps to select vendors that are well-equipped to deliver the desired goods or services and meet the expectations user.
Trình độ tối thiểu
Requirements :
- Minimum Education: Diploma (D3) in Information Technology / Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing of goods and services related to IT, Telecommunications, Shipping, Construction, and Consulting.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office such as ms. word, ms. excel, and Google Workspace.
- Experienced in operating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle.
Responsibility:
- Conducting a vendor search aligned with the requested goods or services, adhering to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Ensuring that vendors possess the necessary qualifications to meet the specific requirements of the request.
- Ensuring that the vendor registration process complies with company policies and regulations (NPWP, PKP, NIB, SBUJK, and other required documents)
- Communicating and coordinating with user or client regarding requests, including technical specifications and required documentation.
*Will be placed in South Jakarta
