Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in PR, tech, and international sales, with a proven track record of generating revenue and building lasting client relationships. This role is critical to driving NettResults’ 10x growth strategy by securing high-value clients, particularly within the tech sector, and expanding our presence across key global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Proactively identify, target, and engage potential tech clients who seek PR support in the Middle East and international markets.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, with a focus on tech companies in the U.S. looking to expand into the Middle East or globally.
- Develop customized sales presentations and pitches, communicating NettResults’ unique value proposition to prospective clients.
2. Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for international PR and market expansion.
- Work closely with clients to understand their strategic goals, industry challenges, and regional expansion needs.
- Provide consistent, high-quality follow-up and touchpoints, ensuring a positive experience for each potential client.
3. Market Research & Strategy Development
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and key decision-makers within tech verticals that align with NettResults’ service offerings.
- Work with company leadership to develop a targeted sales strategy that prioritizes high-margin, high-impact clients.
- Stay updated on trends in PR, technology, and international business to inform and refine sales approaches.
4. Collaboration & Cross-functional Support
- Collaborate with the PR and client services teams to align sales efforts with service offerings and ensure seamless handoffs of new clients.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop and refine materials that support the sales process, such as case studies, presentations, and proposals.
- Report on sales performance, market insights, and potential growth areas, contributing to strategic planning with company leadership.
5. Revenue Growth & Goal Attainment
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals, with a strong focus on high-value contracts that align with NettResults’ mission and 10x growth goals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for each targeted client, aiming to increase their investment and engagement over time.
- Track and report on all sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue goals through regular updates and CRM tools.
