The Sales Executive will lead the entire Local Accounts division, overseeing all of its activities.
- Responsible for driving NEW sales efforts in order to enhance the business’s position with clients and solidify the position of the business in the market.
- Maintenance and development of the business’s sales information platforms, production steering, market intelligence, sales training, and consumer loyalty programs.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of sales efforts and ensuring that they are aligned with the overall business objectives.
Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics relevant to their functional areas
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
- Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting
- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
- Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes
- Maintain regular check-ins with the Sales Representatives and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving
- Maintain procurement and contract records
Account Management Responsibilities:
- Represent the company to potential clients and companies. Pitch and submit proposals to gain leads
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, decks, and process maps to document needs and future discussions
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
- With 2+ years of working experience in project and sales related roles in the Digital Marketing Industry is preferred
- Creative in proposing ideas to the team to exceed client expectations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated; ability to accomplish tasks with minimal instruction.
- Possess an eye for details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous and possesses great organizational skills
- Should be willing to work onsite at the Galleria Corporate Center, EDSA cor Ortigas Avenue.
