- Document Management: Collect and organize all client and vendor agreements, including PKS, SPK, and other legal documents.
- Agreement Status Mapping: Update and monitor the status of agreements, including last update date, contract period, commercial terms, and other key details.
- Data Consolidation: Copy and transfer agreement details into a master sheet or document to ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible for team reference.
- Data Verification: Assist in verifying data accuracy and completeness, cross-referencing documents to ensure consistent records.
- Reporting Support: Help in generating reports on agreement statuses, renewals, and other revenue-related metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the revenue assurance team to maintain and streamline the document tracking process.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with data entry and management.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of commercial agreements and contracts is a plus.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
