Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Oversee the proper cleaning and maintenance of school facilities, equipment, and surroundings on both campus.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the facilities and is in charge of all maintenance and security personnel including but not limited to outsourced personnel.
- Incharge of scheduling , assigning, coaching, disciplining of the work of janitors.
- Oversee the orderly arrival and dismissal of students
- Oversee the travel flow and parking during school events and court rentals
- Coordinate with the barangay and traffic enforcers
- Plan for facility improvement and maintenance
- Coordinate with the government for the issuance of different permits
- Ensures proper deployment and staffing of janitors and provides the school with work evaluations of each janitors.
- Additional tasks that may be assigned by superiors from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Preferably with atleast 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have good grammar and be able to write and speak well in English and Filipino.
- Must be honest, trustworthy, and hardworking.
- Proficient in MS Office, Canva, Adobe, and Google Apps (Calendar, Docs, Sheet, PPT).
- Meticulous and organized
- Good PR to deal with government to facilitate the issuance of different permits
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Amenable to work in Quezon City.
