What will you do:
- Plan and execute diverse user research methods.
- Develop detailed user personas to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct usability testing sessions.
- Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data for insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to UI/UX designers based on research insights.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging UX technologies.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of research methodologies and results.
- Drive continuous improvement in UX research processes.
Trình độ tối thiểu
What are we looking:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven UX research experience with an outstanding portfolio.
- Experience working for a software company or startup is a plus.
- Proficiency in research tools and methodologies.
- Basic ability to design and propose improvements based on research findings.
- Ability to quickly and effectively share research results.
- Based in Jabodetabek area or willing to work in Jakarta (hybrid)
