  • Bekerjasama dengan team customer experience untuk merancang, membuat dan melakukan perbaikan atau pengkinian secara terus menerus untuk dashboard yang terkait dengan services di branch network
  • Mengidentifikasi data dan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk ditampilkan didalam dashboard
  • Membuat laporan yang dibutuhkan untuk pengambilan keputusan terkait dengan services dan frontline Branch Network
  • Mengirimkan lapporan yang dibutuhkan kepada leader dan top management Branch Network untuk dapat ditindaklanjuti

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Lulusan jurusan matematika / teknik informatika / sistem informasi atau keahlian lain yang terkait dengan data analytics
  • Mahir menggunakan microsoft excel dan tools untuk membuat analysis, laporan dan monitoring
  • Memiliki pemahaman terhadap data dan cara melakukan pengelolaannya
  • Memiliki kemampuan mengolah, menganalisis dan menghasilkan sebuah laporan
  • Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Lancar dalam berbahasa inggris (lisan dan tulisan)
