- Manages and defines annual plans and budget to support company, department, section intiatives and goals.
- Manages supplier,service provider,external & internal relationships as well as source, negotiate, and review supplier contracts.
- Manages supplier relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and ethical standards.
- Prepares for the future Procurement needs to keep up with the changing demands and expectations of the business environment, as well as the emerging technologies and innovations.
- Makes and conduct trainings based on the established procedures
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a 4-year college graduate, preferably courses related to Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 8 years experience as Procurement function or equivalent.
- At least 4 years experience in manpower management
- Knowledge in supply chain management (Operational Level, Tactical Level and Strategic Level) and trade industry.
- Keeping track of current market trend globally and locally.
- With good interpersonal relation and communication
