- Oversea overall production activities from planning to execution, ensuring compliance to Qcdsme
- Monitor KPIs and drive cross functional teams towards achievement of section goals.
- Knowledgeable in streamlining and/or lean manufacturing.
- Promotes 5s and Kaizen culture, minimize operation losses.
- Creates section annual plan and budget, strategically plan future expansion and profit improvement.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any Engineering course,
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as Manager
- Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in Production,
- Must have knowledge on Manufacturing and Engineering principles,
- Possess a passion for excellence and teamwork,
- With good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
